Realizing that an enterprise is social air, Jung-Hun completely opened the company and spoke up. In addition, Mr. Seoh believed that corporate operation should be based on sincerity and harmony of people. He was convinced that raising talented persons leads to the development of business and social contribution.
In order to honor his wish, this foundation was established on June. 25, 1979, with the donations of DI DONG IL Corporation and of the private property of Lee Young-sook, the wife of the late JUNG-HUN.

The establishment purpose of this foundation is to supply scholarships to gifted persons, support academic R&D, support culture and arts, and to contribute to the improvements in social welfare and national cultures in accordance with the Act on the Establishment and Operation of Public Interest Corporations in order for the public interest.
